Ceremony Annuals is a colorful, seasonal series crafted with your favorite brew methods in mind. Two fresh-crop coffees are roasted to the light side of medium and intentionally blended to create dialed-in extractions from auto-dripper to espresso. We are welcoming Spring with exciting notes of intense, fruit flavors that remind us of candy and fizzy beverages.

We worked to create a blend this Spring that is wildly complex and vibrant. The Burundi Butegana natural lot is the cornerstone bringing grape, stone fruit, and sugary body, while the Peru Alejandria lot adds citrus flavors and ultimately rounds out the blend with its deeper caramel notes.
