Ceremony Annuals is a colorful, seasonal series crafted with your favorite brew methods in mind. Two fresh-crop coffees are roasted to the light side of medium and intentionally blended to create dialed-in extractions from auto-dripper to espresso. With exciting notes of wildflowers, honey, plum, and raisin, Spring 2019 is the go to blend right now.

We worked to create a blend this spring that is wildly complex and simultaneously creamy and bright (think hazy ipas). The Keto Tepasi lot centers this blend with chocolate-covered raisins and brown butter savoriness, while the Rulindo lot shines a bright, colorful light into it, adding mixed florals and honey sweetness.
